갤러리아명품관 식품관 고메이494는 업계 최초로 선보이는 스타 셰프 이형준의 ‘슈퍼막셰’를 비롯, 프랑스 디저트 ‘랑꼬뉴’, 카라멜 전문 브랜드 ‘트루베 카라멜리에’ 등 3개의 신규 맛집 팝업 브랜드를 최근 오픈했다고 밝혔다.
‘슈퍼막셰’는 스타 셰프 이형준이 운영하는 식품 편집샵 브랜드로 오는 2월 29일(토)까지 팝업으로 선보인다. 이태원 맛집으로 널리 알려진 슈퍼막셰는 데미그라스 소스에 각종 야채를 곁들인 홈메이드 함박 스테이크와 속을 꽉 채워 만든 이탈리아 베니스 스타일의 샌드위치가 인기 메뉴다. 마켓이라는 특징에 맞게 셰프 특제 소스와 수프 등 포장 메뉴를 함께 판매한다.
‘랑꼬뉴’는 프랑스 전통 디저트에 생과일을 곁들여 재해석한 브랜드로 신사동 가로수길에서 인기가 높다. 생과일 타르트, 무스 케이크, 생과일 쿠키가 시그니처 메뉴로, 프랑스 최신 레시피에 청귤, 단호박, 고흥 유자, 공주 밤 등 한국의 식재료를 더해 개발한 메뉴를 판매한다. 랑꼬뉴 팝업 매장은 2월 29일(토)까지 운영한다.
‘트루베 카라멜리에’는 프랑스 수제 카라멜 전문 브랜드로 카라멜 명장의 제조 방법을 바탕으로 최상급 품질의 크림과 재료로 만든 풍미 깊은 카라멜을 선보인다. 트루베 카라멜리에 팝업 매장은 2월 14일(금)까지 운영한다.
갤러리아백화점 관계자는 “이번 팝업 브랜드 유치를 통해 고메이494에서 스타 셰프의 요리를 맛보고, 집에서도 구현할 수 있게 되었다”라며 “디저트 팝업 브랜드 상품의 경우 발렌타인 데이를 앞두고 품격 있는 선물을 준비하는 고객에게 좋은 선택이 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.
