F&B 크리에이터를 넘어 F&B 컨설턴트, 파티플래너 등 다양한 영역에서 활동 중인 쁘니언니(본명 윤정아).
그녀는 파티 음식과 와인 페어링 분야에서 두각을 나타내면서 F&B 분야 전반에서 활발한 활동을 이어가고 있다. 쁘니언니는 단순히 음식을 좋아하는 수준을 넘어 경희대학교 외식경영학과 학사 학위와 함께 와인소믈리에 1·2급, 칵테일 전문가 1·2급, 푸드스타일리스트 1·2급 자격증을 취득해 전문성을 갖췄다.
크리에이터로서 첫발을 내디딘 건 2020년이었다. 쁘니언니는 “집에서 취미로 홈 칵테일을 만들었는데, 예쁜 칵테일을 혼자 보기에는 아쉽더라고요. 그래서 사진을 찍어 블로그와 인스타그램에 올리기 시작한 것이 크리에이터 활동의 출발이 됐어요. 당시 블로그에서 칵테일 레시피를 다루는 F&B 크리에이터는 드물었기에, 시작한 지 1년 만에 네이버 공식 인플루언서에 선정될 수 있었죠”라고 말했다.
이후 그녀는 블로그 활성화를 위해 홈 칵테일뿐만 아니라 술과 어울리는 요리, 와인, F&B 행사, 파인다이닝 소개 등으로 콘텐츠를 확장해 팔로워를 꾸준히 늘려나갔다.
2년 전에는 서울 강남구 신사동에 테이스팅 룸을 마련했다. 이곳에서 그녀는 와인 모임 ‘와투(WaToo)’를 진행하면서 직접 만든 파티 음식과 와인을 선보이고 있다. ‘와투’는 단순히 술과 음식을 즐기는 모임을 넘어, 와인에 대한 전문 지식을 학습하고 교류할 수 있는 장이 된다는 점에서 차별성을 지닌다.
이와 함께 친화력이 장점인 쁘니언니는 블로그하는 인플루언서들의 연합 ‘블인연’의 모임장을 맡고 있기도 하다. 따라서 그녀는 현재 파티플래너로 활동 중인 것과 동시에 인플루언서 에이전시 ‘윤스컴퍼니’를 운영해 공식적으로 F&B 컨설팅을 진행하고 있다. 더불어 크리에이터인 쁘니언니를 앞세워 인플루언서와 기업 간에 연결을 도와주기도 한다.
쁘니언니는 올해 안에 유튜브 채널 개설을 계획하고 있다. 그녀가 운영하고 있는 테이스팅 룸을 스튜디오로도 활용해 ‘F&B 페어링 전문가’라는 콘셉트로 영상을 제작할 예정이다.
쁘니언니가 운영하는 블로그는 하루 4만 회 이상 조회된 적도 있을 만큼 경쟁력 높은 콘텐츠로 주목받고 있다. 이에 힘입어 인스타그램 프로필에는 ‘블로그 상위 노출 전문’이라는 문구로 본인의 강점을 알리고 있다.
쁘니언니는 “네이버는 검색 로직을 지속적으로 변경해 상위 노출되는 블로그 콘텐츠의 퀄리티와 신뢰도를 관리합니다. 따라서 블로거들은 게시글을 상단에 노출시키기 위해 검색 로직에 맞는 전략적 노력이 필요해요”라고 강조했다.
이어 그녀는 “단순히 ‘좋다’라고 소개하는 것을 넘어, 자신만의 콘텐츠 감각과 해당 분야에 대한 전문성이 뒷받침돼야 노출이 잘 돼요. 또한 콘텐츠를 구성할 때 키워드에 기반한 글쓰기 역량도 필수이기 때문에 저는 해당 분야에 대해 심층적으로 공부한 다음 제작에 들어갑니다”라고 덧붙였다.
쁘니언니는 콘텐츠 제작에 중요한 부분인 사진 촬영 실력도 뛰어나다는 평가를 받고 있다. 특히 크리에이터들 사이에서 음식 사진의 구도, 각도, 색감 표현 등에서 실력자로 인정받고 있다.
이에 인스타그램에서는 한눈에 들어올 정도로 직접 촬영한 감도 높은 이미지를 썸네일로 활용하고, 여기에 정보 전달력이 높은 텍스트를 곁들여 전체 콘텐츠의 완성도를 높이고 있다.
쁘니언니는 “최근 한식과 와인의 페어링처럼 도전적인 조합에 대한 비즈니스 문의도 많이 들어오고 있어요. 앞으로 더 전문적인 지식을 쌓아 와인과 파티 음식을 주제로 강연이나 학술 활동까지 확장하는 것이 제 최종 목표입니다. 앞으로도 F&B 분야에서의 저의 다양한 활동을 지켜봐 주세요”라며 포부를 전했다.
