카카오스타일(Kakao Style, 대표 서정훈)이 운영하는 스타일 커머스 플랫폼 ‘지그재그’는 연간 100억 원 수준의 거래액을 기록하는 대형 쇼핑몰들이 올해에도 두 자릿수 이상의 성장세를 이어가고 있다고 5일 밝혔다. 단순 규모 확대를 넘어 배송, 브랜딩, 콘텐츠 중심의 체질 개선을 통해 ‘브랜드형 쇼핑몰’로 진화하고 있다.

지그재그에 따르면 올해(1~10월) 거래액 기준 상위 50개 쇼핑몰의 거래액이 지난해 같은 기간 상위 50개 쇼핑몰 대비 평균 15% 증가했다. 거래액 100억 원을 넘어선 쇼핑몰은 20곳 이상이며, 이 중 200억 원 이상을 기록한 쇼핑몰도 지난해 대비 2배 가까이 늘어난 7곳으로 집계됐다.

지그재그는 이 같은 성과의 주요 요인으로 직진배송을 통한 배송 경쟁력 강화를 꼽았다. 주요 상품의 재고 소진을 막기 위해 주간 단위로 재고를 관리하고, 시즌 교체 시기에는 전년 주문 빅데이터를 기반으로 입고 및 재고 관리를 강화했다. 여기에 담당 MD의 1:1 밀착 관리까지 더해져 쇼핑몰별로 직진배송 히트 상품이 탄생했다는 설명이다.

올해 상위 50위권 내 쇼핑몰의 직진배송 거래액은 전년 상위 50개 쇼핑몰보다 평균 50% 늘어난 것으로 나타났다. 10월 기준 직진배송만으로 누적 거래액 100억 원 이상을 달성한 쇼핑몰도 지난해 3곳에서 올해 7곳으로 대폭 증가했다.

실제로 쇼핑몰 ‘베이델리’는 지난해(2024년 1~10월) 누적 거래액 100억 원대 수준에서 올해(2025년 1~10월) 300억 원에 가까운 거래액을 기록했는데, 이는 직진배송을 통해 선보인 자체제작 상품 ‘사심 팬츠’의 히트가 주효했다. 올해 베이델리의 직진배송 거래액은 전년 대비 173% 급증했다.

쇼핑몰 ‘리얼코코’의 거래액도 전년 대비 179% 증가해 ‘200억 클럽’에 이름을 올렸으며, 자체제작 ‘시오 니트’가 직진배송에서 인기를 끌며 직진배송 거래액은 전년 대비 235% 성장했다.

각 쇼핑몰이 보유한 큐레이션 역량과 자체제작 상품 노하우에 지그재그와의 콘텐츠 협업이 결합하며 브랜드 못지않은 영향력을 갖추게 된 사례도 있다.

쇼핑몰 ‘매니크’는 인플루언서 협업 콘텐츠를 활용한 브랜딩으로 전년 대비 187% 성장, 올해 거래액 200억 원을 돌파했다. 지그재그와 콘텐츠 협업을 진행한 ‘디어먼트’는 거래액이 53%, ‘라룸’은 전년 대비 10% 이상 성장했다. 자체제작 상품 브랜딩을 강화한 ‘에드모어’는 37%, 라이브 방송으로 주목받은 ‘메리어라운드’가 54%, ‘리리앤코’는 20% 성장하며 존재감을 키웠다.
