신세계백화점(대표 박주형)이 10일 백화점과 호텔의 DNA를 결합한 제 3의 공간 ‘하우스 오브 신세계(House of Shinsegae)’의 문을 연다.
강남점과 JW메리어트 호텔 서울이 만나는 경계선에 세워지는 ‘하우스 오브 신세계’는 신세계가 전국 1번점 백화점의 ‘콘텐츠’ 노하우에 JW메리어트 호텔과 호텔 오노마를 통해 쌓아 온 ‘서비스’ 노하우를 집결해 만든 신개념 공간으로, 최상의 고객 만족을 단 하나의 기준으로 삼았다.
기존 신세계면세점 강남점이 있던 센트럴시티 중앙부 3개 층에 7273㎡(2200평) 규모로 조성된다. 이는 백화점 명품관과 JW메리어트 호텔 서울을 연결하는 지점으로, 신개념 미식 플랫폼과 패션 · 뷰티 집숍, 그리고 VIP를 위한 럭셔리 플랫폼이 결합된 ‘고객 환대의 장(場)’으로 완성될 예정이다.
