현대백화점(대표 정지선 정지영)이 팝업스토어를 개최해 뷰티·패션 분야에 AI 기술을 적용한 체험형 콘텐츠들을 선보인다.
현대백화점은 오는 2월 16일까지 천호점 1층 뷰티 팝업스토어 행사장에서 ‘스타일 업! AI 팝업스토어’를 개최한다. 이번 팝업스토어에는 리필드·트위닛·사맛디 총 세 곳의 AI 업체들이 참여해 AI 기술을 활용한 체험형 콘텐츠들을 선보일 예정이다.
우선, 리필드는 두피 스캐너로 사용자의 두피를 측정한 후, AI를 활용해 탈모 상태를 진단하고 두피를 분석하는 콘텐츠를 선보인다. 모발 두께·두피 유분도·염증도·연령대별 탈모율 등을 면밀히 분석해 이들에게 맞는 리필드의 맞춤형 탈모 케어 제품과 솔루션을 제공하는 식이다.
고객들은 팝업스토어가 열리는 기간 동안 리필드의 탈모 케어 제품을 최초 판매가 대비 최대 50% 할인된 가격에 구매할 수 있다. 대표 상품으로는 ‘탈모케어 샴푸'(3만 1,500원), ‘헤어 부스터'(2만 7,900원), ‘아이래쉬 듀얼앰플'(2만 7,900원) 등이 있다.
트위닛은 사용자 얼굴을 스캔해 AI 퍼스널 컬러 진단과 AI 얼굴형 분석을 진행한다. 이를 바탕으로 맞춤형 스타일 컬러톤와 헤어 컬러 제안, 얼굴 상·하안부 및 가로·세로 비율 진단 등의 서비스를 제공한다. 퍼스널 컬러와 얼굴형 분석은 무료로 체험이 가능하며 결과지 출력시 5,000원 비용이 소요된다.
사맛디는 사용자가 착용하고 있는 의상을 촬영해 실시간으로 의상의 종류와 색상, 소재, 패턴 등을 분석한다. 제품에 내장된 인공지능이 사용자의 패션 스타일을 파악해 이들에게 어울리는 맞춤형 의류 제품과 패션룩을 추천해준다.
한편, 행사 기간 동안 1층 뷰티 브랜드 매장에서 10만원, 20만원, 40만원 이상 구매하는 고객들에게는 H포인트를 추가로 증정하는 프로모션도 진행하고 있다.
현대백화점 관계자는 “고객들이 AI 기술을 활용한 다양한 디지털 콘텐츠들을 직접 체험해 볼 수 있도록 이번 팝업스토어를 마련하게 됐다”며 “앞으로도 최신 기술들을 적용한 디지털 콘텐츠들을 지속적으로 선보일 계획”이라고 말했다.
