지난 4월 26일부터 5월 12일까지 17일간 성수동 LCDC SEOUL에서 여름 컬렉션 팝업을 성료해, 전년 동기간 대비 302% 매출 신장 효과를 거뒀다. 특히 LCDC™의 강점인 다양한 스타일링에 용이한 아이템들에 대한 반응이 높았다. ‘사이드 지퍼 플리츠 미디 스커트’는 각각 3차, 4차 리오더를 이끌어내는 등 기존 클래식 아이템을 LCDC™의 감성에 맞게 재해석한 상품들이 호조를 보였다.

현대백화점그룹 계열 ICT전문기업 현대퓨처넷(대표 김성일)이 혁신적 미디어 콘텐츠기업으로의 도약을 꾀한다. 현대퓨처넷은 현대백화점그룹 지주회사인 현대지에프홀딩스(지분 95%)와 현대쇼핑(지분 5%)이 보유한 현대 IT&E 지분 100%를 334억원에 매입하는 주식 매매계약을 체결했다.

현대IT&E는 현대백화점그룹 IT 전문기업으로, 그룹 내 IT인프라와 네트워크를 구축하고 운영·관리하는 회사다. 최근엔 그룹 계열사들의 디지털 및 AI 전환을 주도하고 있으며, 아마존 웹서비스(AWS)의 컨설팅 파트너로서 리테일 분야의 경험을 기반으로 클라우드 컨설팅을 확대하는 등 사업영역을 확장하고 있다. 지난해 현대IT&E는 매출 594억원, 영업이익 32억원을 달성했다.

현대퓨처넷 측은 ICT기업으로서 지속 성장은 물론, 혁신적 미디어 콘텐츠 기업으로 도약하는데 있어 필요한 기술력과 전문인력을 확보하기 위해 인수를 결정했다고 밝혔다.

05 타임스트림, 신림 상권 잡는다…스파오·원더플레이스 신규 오픈
경방(대표 김 담)의 타임스트림 신림이 신림 상권 고객들의 취향을 반영한 인기 SPA 브랜드 매장부터 패션 라이프스타일 편집숍의 신규 매장을 선보였다. 서울 신림에 위치한 영 콘텐츠 쇼핑플랫폼 ‘타임스트림’은 5월말, ‘스파오(SPAO)’ ‘원더플레이스’ 등 최신 트렌드에 맞춘 신규 브랜드 매장을 오픈했다.

스파오 오픈에 앞서 지난달 타임스트림은 패션 라이프스타일 편집숍 ‘원더플레이스’를 타임스트림 지하 1층에 새롭게 선보였다.

에이블리코퍼레이션(대표 강석훈)이 운영하는 스타일커머스 플랫폼 에이블리가 스니커즈 거래액이 2배 이상 증가해 관심이 모아지고 있다. 지난 4월, 에이블리 내 ‘스니커즈’ 상품 거래액은 전년 동기 대비 120% 증가했다. 최근 시작된 ‘신꾸’ 열풍에 지난달 ‘신발 꾸미기’ 카테고리 거래액은 전월 대비 150% 늘었다. 다양한 신발 꾸미기 소품을 통해 커스터마이징하기 좋은 스니커즈 판매도 급증했다.

5월 1일~15일 기준 다채로운 색상 구성이 특징인 ‘아디다스 네오 조그 블루 화이트’ 거래액은 전월 동기 대비 15배 이상(1,403%), ‘아디다스 코트 인도어 삼바’는 296% 거래액이 늘었다. 동 기간 화려한 신발 장식을 강조할 수 있는 무채색의 ‘나이키 코트 버로우 스니커즈’도 72% 거래액이 증가했다.

카카오스타일(대표 서정훈)이 운영하는 4050 패션 플랫폼 ‘포스티(Posty)’가 최근 남성 옷 판매가 증가하면서 중장년층 여성, 남성 의류를 동시에 구매할 수 있는 플랫폼으로 주목받고 있다.

포스티에서는 지난 한달간(4월 21일~5월 20일) 남성 의류 카테고리 거래액이 전년 동기 대비 215% 증가했다. 남성 카테고리를 오픈했던 2022년 6월과 비교하면 19배 이상(1801%) 폭증한 수치다.

포스티는 중장년층 여성이 자신의 옷 구매뿐만 아니라 남편의 옷까지 함께 구매하려는 수요가 많다는 점에 착안해 2022년 6월 남성 카테고리를 오픈하고 지난해부터 본격적으로 남성 브랜드 입점을 강화해 나가고 있다.

남성복 브랜드 거래액은 매달 증가하는 추세다. 최근 거래액 성장이 두드러진 남성복 브랜드는 ‘헤지스맨’과 ‘에디션(EDITION)’이다. 지난 한달 기준 헤지스맨 거래액은 전월 대비 51% 증가했으며, 에디션은 84% 성장했다.

08 품고, Kt M&S와 물류대행계약 체결…기업 내부 물류 시장 공략
핸즈의 풀필먼트 서비스 ‘품고(대표 박찬재)’는 지난 4월 KT M&S와 KT 내부 온라인몰인 ‘코코넛’에 풀필먼트 서비스를 제공하는 물류 대행 계약을 체결했다. 이번 협약으로 품고는 코코넛에서 유통되는 전 상품의 입고 및 보관, 주문과 재고관리, 포장 및 출고까지 담당하게 된다.

KT M&S의 ‘코코넛’은 전국의 KT 대리점과 판매점을 대상으로 운영되는 몰로 가입 회원들에게 포인트가 지급되며, 해당 포인트로 저렴한 가격에 매장 운영에 필요한 상품을 구매 가능하다. 코코넛은 현재는 내부 직원들을 대상으로 운영하지만, 향후 일반 고객 대상으로 확장할 계획이다.

이번 계약에서 품고는 코코넛과 시스템을 연결해 배송을 진행한다. 코코넛은 NHN커머스의 ‘샵바이’로 구축돼 품고의 AI 솔루션 ‘품고나우’와 주문을 자동 연동할 수 있다. 주문 연동을 하면 주문 수집 및 출고 후 송장번호 업로드까지 자동으로 완료된다.
