피어펙트는 충청남도 천안 성환 배를 원료로 착즙, 발효하여, 구리 증류기에서 2번 증류 후, 오크 숙성한 증류주다. 피어펙트는 100% 배 증류원액으로 만들어진다. 1병의 피어펙트를 만들기 위해 성환 배 5개에서 10개가 사용된다. 피어펙트는 풍부한 과일향과 오크 스파이시향이 복합적으로 어우러지며, 배향이 깊고 길게 퍼져나가는 특징을 가지고 있다.
피어펙트에는 랩투보틀이 자체 개발한 발효 기술과 능동적 숙성, 액티브에이징(Active Aging) 기술이 적용되었다. 액티브에이징은 기존 오크통에 증류주를 넣어놓고 단순히 기다리는 방식의 숙성 방식이 아닌, 숙성 시간을 단축시키고 가속화하는 랩투보틀만의 독창적인 기술이다.
랩투보틀은 지난 2월, 세계 고급 주류의 중심지인 프랑스 꼬냑(Cognac) 지역의 세계 최고 주류 기업 헤네시(Hennessy), 레미마탕(Remy Martin) 등에 방문하여 대한민국 대표 과일인 배를 원료로 만든 피어펙트를 알리기도 했다.
