더네이쳐홀딩스가 올해 3분기에도 ‘어닝 서프라이즈’를 기록하며 3개 분기 연속 시장 전망치를 상회하는 호실적을 기록했다.
라이프스타일 전문기업 ㈜더네이쳐홀딩스(대표 박영준, 298540)는 올해 3분기 연결기준 누적 매출액 2772억원, 영업이익 437억원 기록했다고 14일 밝혔다. 전년 동기 대비로는 각각 1003억원(+56.7%), 217억원(+99.1%) 증가한 수치다. 3분기 연결기준 누적 당기순이익은 363억원으로 지난해보다 176억원(+94.4%) 늘어난 큰 폭의 상승을 보였다. 영업이익률과 당기순이익률은 각각 15.8%, 13.1%를 기록했다.
연결 기준 3분기 단일 실적으로 보면 매출액은 958억원, 영업이익과 당기순이익은 각각 111억원, 94억원을 달성했다. 지난해 같은 기간과 비교하면 436억원(+83.7%), 80억원(+260.7%), 52억원(+123.7%) 성장한 수치다.
올해 3분기에 주요 종속회사로 편입된 배럴과 더네이쳐홀딩스의 해외법인 손익 효과를 제외한 별도 기준 수치로 도 높은 성장세가 이어졌다. 별도 기준 3분기 누적 매출액, 영업이익, 당기순이익은 각각 2,584억원, 408억원, 342억원으로, 전년 동기 대비 각각 821억원(+46.6%), 189억원(+86.7%), 155억원(+83.1%) 증가했다. 3분기 단일 매출액, 영업이익, 당기순이익은 각각 775억원, 79억원, 70억원을 기록한 것으로 나타났다. 전년 동기 대비 각각 258억원(+49.9%), 48억원(+156.7%), 26억원(+60.0%) 늘었다.
더네이쳐홀딩스는 의류 부문의 높은 성장과 함께 용품ㆍ캐리어ㆍ신발 등 전 품목에서 고른 성장을 보이며 상승세를 유지했다.
더네이쳐홀딩스의 주요 종속회사인 배럴은 올해 3분기 단일 연결 기준 매출액 181억원, 영업이익 23억원, 당기순이익 17억원을 기록하며 흑자전환을 이뤘다. 전년 동기 대비 각각 111억원, 34억원, 28억원 증가한 수치로, 리오프닝 효과로 인한 워터스포츠 의류 부문의 매출 상승을 견인했다.
더네이쳐홀딩스 관계자는 “전통적으로 가장 정체된 실적을 보이는 3분기에 경색된 소비심리에도 불구하고 큰 폭의 어닝 서프라이즈를 기록했다. 전반적인 상승 추세가 4분기에도 이어질 수 있게끔 최선을 다할 것”이라면서 “배럴의 3분기 단일 실적 흑자전환 역시 매우 고무적이다. 박영준 대표가 배럴의 대표를 겸임하게 된 만큼 배럴이 가진 브랜드 파워와 더네이쳐홀딩스가 가진 비즈니스 역량이 시너지 효과를 낼 수 있도록 노력할 것”이라고 밝혔다.

auf einem eingeebneten Teil des ehemaligen Stadtwalls, war die Esplanade ursprünglich beidseitig mit klassizistischen Bürgerhäusern bebaut,
die auch den Zweiten Weltkrieg nahezu unzerstört überstanden.
