(사)한국ICT패션뷰티산업협회(회장 강병우)가 주관하고 고용노동부가 지원하는 ‘미래내일 일경험 프로젝트’가 부산 지역에서 뜻깊은 성과를 거뒀다. 지역 패션기업 파크랜드의 폐정장을 활용해 사회적기업 에코인블랭크, 부산문화여자고등학교 패션디자인과 학생들이 협력한 이번 프로젝트는 ESG 경영 실천과 미래 인재 양성을 동시에 달성한 우수 사례로 평가받고 있다.
협회는 프로젝트 성과를 널리 알리기 위해 파크랜드와 함께 결과물 전시를 기획했으며, 전시는 파크랜드 광복점 매장에서 10월 31일부터 11월 14일까지 2주간 진행됐다.
이번 프로젝트는 지난 8월부터 10월 초까지 약 8주 동안 진행됐으며, 학생들은 파크랜드의 폐원단을 활용해 업사이클링 신제품을 개발하는 실질적 목표 아래 디자인, 시장 조사, 브랜딩, 생산까지 제품 개발 전 과정을 직접 수행했다. 이를 통해 단순한 이론이 아닌 실무 기반의 역량을 집중적으로 쌓을 수 있었다.
현장에서 학생들을 지원한 협회 프로젝트 담당자들과 박재영 부산문화여고 교사(패션디자인과), 그리고 에코인블랭크 신종석 대표, 세린오브젝트 정영화 대표 등 업계 전문가 멘토들이 촘촘한 지도와 피드백을 제공하며 결과물의 완성도를 높였다.
세린오브젝트 정영화 대표는 “학생들이 디자인 기획부터 시제품 제작까지 전 과정을 직접 수행하며, 사용자 관점을 고려해 디자인을 발전시키는 과정이 매우 인상적이었다”고 평가했다.
이번 협업은 학생들에게 업사이클링 패션에 대한 깊은 이해를 제공했을 뿐 아니라, 팀 프로젝트를 통해 협업 능력과 커뮤니케이션 역량을 크게 향상시키는 계기가 되었다. 실제 참여 학생들은 패션 디자이너, 마케터 등 미래 진로에 대한 목표를 더욱 명확히 하는 등 높은 만족도를 보였다.
