하이퍼로컬(대표 조현영)이 심부름 대행 애플리케이션 ‘해주세요’에서 활동 중인 6만 명의 헬퍼들의 직업 유형을 분석한 결과를 조사하고 해당 결과를 20일 밝혔다.
조사결과 ‘자영업’이 31%로 가장 많았고, 물류·운송업이 23%로 그 뒤를 이었으며, 순서대로 서비스직 17%, 학생·취업준비생 14%, 사무직 6%, 주부 4%, 관리직 2% 순으로 나타났다. 또한 심부름의 평균 시급은 1만 4500원으로 조사됐다. 이들의 연령대는 30대가 35%로 가장 많았고 40대 27%, 20대 25%, 50대 10%, 60대 이상 3% 순이었다.
하이퍼로컬은 이용자 분석과 더불어 헬퍼 1000명에 대해 ‘헬퍼가 된 이유’에 대해서도 설문을 별도 진행했다. 설문조사 결과 전체 응답자의 43%가 ‘알바나 부업 등 N잡으로 원하는 수입을 올리고 싶어서’가 가장 많았고 본업에서 받는 고용불안감을 줄이기 위해서 29%, 시간과 장소 제약없이 자유롭게 일하고 싶어서 17%, 다양한 일을 경험해보고 싶어서 7%, 취미나 특기를 살리기 위해 3%가 뒤를 이었다.
조현영 대표는 “코로나 장기화로 고용노동시장에 대한 불안감이 증폭하여 긱 워커 트렌드가 더욱 보편화되고 있으며, 이러한 움직임이 경직된 국내 노동 시장에 활기를 불어넣을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
한편, 하이퍼로컬은 급성장 중인 심부름 대행 애플리케이션으로써 출시 6개월 만에 40만을 다운로드를 달성했다.
