성동문화재단과 (사)고교패션콘테스트위드이상봉이 공동 주최ㆍ주관한 ‘제8회 고교패션콘테스트 & 고교모델콘테스트’의 본선 무대가 지난 9월23일 성동구 소월아트홀에서 77명의 고교생디자이너와 91명의 고교생모델들이 참가한 가운데 성황리에 막을 내렸다.
미래의 K패션, K모델의 주역이 될 전국의 모든 고등학생들에게 꿈을 심어주기 위해 올해 8회째를 맞은 2023 고교패션콘테스트의 작품 주제는 전세계의 핵심 트렌드인 친환경(해양/에코)ㆍK-WAVE(한글/한복)ㆍ스마트문화도시ㆍ모나미룩 등 총 4가지 테마에 걸쳐 창의적이며 기발한 아이디어 작품들이
본선 심사 무대에 올라 눈길을 사로잡았다.
본선 심사에는 패션업계 대표ㆍ교수ㆍ현직 디자이너 등이 참여해 주제 적합성과 창의성, 완성도 등을 기준으로 엄정한 심사를 거쳤다. 나아가 2023 성동 디자인위크 기간 9.22(금)일에 성수이로에서 미스코리아 신혜지의 시회로 스트리트 고교패션쇼와 신진 디자이너(세인트이고ㆍ뉴웨이브보이즈ㆍ음양) 3명의 패션쇼가 개최되고, 동시에 VINCI와 KoN의 축하 무대가 열려 수 천명의 관람객들이 함께하는 등 한껏 분위기가 고조되기도 했다.
9.23(토)일 방송인 홍석천과 미스코리아 신혜지의 사회로 진행된 고교패션콘테스트 본선에는 바이올리니스트 KoN의 시작 축하 연주와 신진디자이너 3명(세인트이고ㆍ뉴웨이브보이즈ㆍ음양)의 엔딩패션쇼로 다채로운 축하 무대도 열려 많은 관람객들의 박수갈채를 받았다.
