롯데백화점이 잠실 월드몰에 체험형 테니스 팝업 스토어 ’더 코트(The Court)’를 연다. 24일(금)부터 내달 3일(일)까지 ’더 코트(The Court)’라는 이름으로 잠실 롯데월드몰 1층 아뜨리움 광장에 테니스 팝업을 열고 테니스 라켓의 글로벌 탑 브랜드인 ‘윌슨’을 비롯 나이키, 바볼랏, 요넥스 등 글로벌 브랜드의 테니스 용품 및 의류, 액세서리 등을 총망라해 선보인다.
테니스는 골프와 더불어 MZ세대들에게 주목받고 있는 스포츠다. 국내 테니스 인구는 60만명 수준으로 MZ세대를 중심으로 인구가 빠르게 늘고 있다. 인스타그램에 ‘테니스’를 검색하면 86만개의 게시물이 검색될 정도며, 상당수가 2030 세대가 공유한 것이다.
